A Note to my Patients
Dr Eileen is no longer an insurance provider. She can give you a "super bill" to submit yourself, but she will no longer be able to submit your insurance for you.
She is offering family chiropractic packages with discounts.
A 5 pack of visits offers each visit at $75.
A 10 pack of chiropractic visits offers each visit at $70 ( a $100 savings).
The price for a 20-25 min single chiropractic visit is $80.
